What do Helpers do?
Helpers are the people that mainly moderate the chat. They are there to answer any questions you may have regarding the server. They have little permissions for major punishments. They are here on the forums to ensure everyone is following the rules and to also answer questions.

Step 2: Click the Helper Application
Step 3: Answer all questions honestly and to the best of your ability
Can I apply for Moderator?
You cannot apply for Moderator immediately. You can apply for Moderator through a seperate application process after a certain amount time on the staff team. More info upon acceptance.
Can do I apply for Admin?
You cannot apply for Admin. The only way to become an Administrator is to be promoted by the Network Management.
What happens after I post an application? How long does it take to get a response?
After your application has been posted it is looked at by a member of the Application Team. It will marked as Submitted. Once an Application Team member see's your application it will be marked as Under Review until a decision is made. Once a decision is made, it will be marked with either Accepted or Denied. You will get a response and/or feedback based on the decision made on your application.
We will do our best to give a response within 2 days of your application being submitted. The longest, it will take up to a week.
I haven’t received a reply on my application.
We ask that you give the Application Team a week to respond to your application. If more than a week has passed and you have not received a reply, message the Staff Manager on the forums. Please do include anyone else in the message.
I messaged the Staff Manager and I haven’t received a reply.
One message is enough to alert us that we have a personal message in our inbox. The Staff Manager is very busy managing many things throughout the staff team including applications, the application team, promotions, demotions, etc. If you do not get a reply immediately please give up to a week for a response.
If I apply and get denied, when can I reapply?
You will be told in your denial message when you can re-apply, this is normally 30 days (1 month) after you posted your most recent application. Please note if you apply before this you will be denied instantly and made to wait another month.
Does it matter how many times I have applied and been denied?
It does not matter how many times you have applied and have gotten denied. People's personalities, maturity and mind set change over time. This is not something we consider when going through applications.
When I reapply can I use the same application?
If you choose to reapply with the same application as before. Expect the same response as before. It is your choice to either submit a new application or the same. Choose wisely.
How much “personal detail” am I meant to include in my application?
Not much is required. We would like to get to know you as much as possible through your application. However, we ask that you stay on topic and focus on the questions asked in the application.
I have been banned/muted before, will that hurt my chances of getting Helper?
If you have been punished on the server before, it will weigh heavily on your response. The Application Team will decide weather you are fit for the team.
Do I need to be active on the forums to be able to apply?
Not really. We ask that you are mindfull of the forums but you are not required to be active on the forums. This is something that is considered in your application. The more active, the higher chance you have of getting accepted.
What happens if I get accpeted?
Upon acceptance, you will be contacted by an Application Team member about an interview.
Do you have any tips for applying?
Provide as much detail to the questions asked. Put a lot of effort into your application. The more effort, the higher chance of getting accepted. Answer all questions honestly. Most important, DO NOT ASK A STAFF MEMBER ABOUT YOUR APPLICATION BEFORE THE ALLOTTED TIME
